Delivery and return policy
1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We take special care in preparing your orders. Racyne delivers to Mainland France (including Corsica), the French overseas territories, the European Union, Switzerland, and North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico).
Below you will find detailed information about our shipping terms, delivery times, and shipping rates.

2. Order Processing and Tracking
Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order tracking: A confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent as soon as the parcel leaves our workshop.
Liability: Racyne undertakes to deliver the products within the indicated timeframes. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund of the order.
3. Returns
Withdrawal Right (Right of Cancellation)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by email or postal mail.
Return conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition and complete, allowing them to be resold as new. Products that have been unsealed, damaged, soiled, or are incomplete will not be accepted.
Specific exception: For hygiene and health protection reasons, the Discovery Set (samples) is not eligible for the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Return costs and refund: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date RACYNE receives the returned products.
Returns for Non-Conformity or Defects (Visible or Hidden)
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products.
Time limit: You have a maximum of twenty (20) days from delivery to submit a claim by email, together with supporting evidence (including photos).
Validation: After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and no claims will be accepted.
Procedure: Upon receipt of written approval from RACYNE (including a return label), the customer must return the products in their original and complete condition.
Resolution: RACYNE will replace, at its own expense, any products for which a defect has been proven. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
